[Our daughter] loved this program from day one and came home telling us how exciting it was to harvest her own vegetables in the school gardens and to learn how to cook yummy meals with them! She learned to appreciate and enjoy kale and sweet potatoes, as well as other vegetables she normally would never try or eat. She loved following the recipes at home and recreating them with us. Open to new culinary experiences, she now loves cooking, knows how nutritious this food is and asks more often for healthy foods.
